Temperament involves people’s nature and the way they react to situations. It explains the difference in people’s taste, creative capability, strength and weakness. Temperament is the reason people conflict or attract one another because it influences our behavior.

SANGUINE
Characteristics: emotional, compassionate, friendly, optimistic, impractical, easily discourage, undisciplined, weak willed, talkative, restless, extrovert.
Carrier for sanguine: salesmanship and public oriented jobs such as marketing
CHOLERIC:
Characteristics: optimistic, goal oriented, self confidence, self sufficient, activist, leading ability, strong willed, decisive and practical.
Career for choleric: any vocation that requires leadership, motivational, entrepreneurship etc.
MELANCHOLY:
Characteristics: deep feeling, sensitive, self centered, easily offended, self sacrificing, faithful, suspicious, perfectionist, resentful, creative, moody, critical, introvert.
Career for melancholic: creativity work, any analytical work that requires perfection.
PHILEGMATIC:
Characteristics: very quiet, pessimistic, introvert, not aggressive, easy going, dependable, selfish, stingy.
Career for phlegmatic. Being in a cool detailed industry, also Microscopic work will be good.
